Initially, my photographic focus was on the repetition of the pattern in the bridge's ironwork, but the light reflecting off the web drew my eye into this diamond. The scene evokes memories of Grandma Spider stories with her weavings creating the primordial letters of the alphabet, connections to new worlds, and the old ceremonies.
